Size Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Size Exchanges

  • We accept size exchanges only, subject to the availability of the desired size in our inventory.
  • Size exchanges are eligible only if the requested size is in stock.

2. Client Responsibility

  • To initiate a size exchange, the client must contact our customer support team at shop@alinathebrand.com within 3-5 days from the date of receiving the order. 
  • The client is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange, including any applicable taxes or duties.
  • The client must ensure that the items for exchange are in their original, unused, and perfect condition, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

3. Exchange Process

  • Once the client contacts our customer support team and verifies the availability of the desired size, they will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • If the requested size is available, we will issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions for the exchange.
  • The client is responsible for securely packaging the items for exchange, including protecting them from any damage during transit.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  • If the returned items are approved, we will ship the correct size to the client.

4. Timeframe for Exchanges

  • Items for size exchange must be postmarked for return within 3-5 business days from the date the return authorization is issued.
  • Failure to meet this timeframe may result in the exchange request being denied.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Please note that all items purchased from Alina Luxe, Inc. are considered final sale, except for size exchanges as per this policy.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason other than size exchange.

6. Inspection and Approval

  • We reserve the right to inspect and approve all items returned for size exchange. Items that do not meet our return policy criteria will not be accepted for exchange.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, including those incurred for the initial order and the return shipment, are non-refundable.

8. Availability

  • Availability of sizes for exchange is subject to our current inventory, and we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size.
